Have you ever wondered how you can change the world? How can you make things better, when theres only one of you? The powers that be get all the say. Theyre running your life. And its not in a good way!

Life is tough. Not only are you bombarded with the ever-increasing cost of surviving, you also feel depressed because there seems to be no point to existence. All you can do is work hard just to make ends meet. You dont want to live like this. Aimlessly drifting from one day to the next but you dont know how to make things different. Well, the answer is actually right in front of you. its positive people power and unity!

Take a look at the history of humanity on Planet Earth.

What have we done right and where have we erred?

We need to look at the big picture here.. Lets just stop and examine the human race and its existence on this world. Almost since records began we had rulers who dictated how we would live. They didnt listen to the rest of us. They didnt care about our wellbeing.

They forced us into wars. We started with small disputes over land or culture and ended with one almighty global conflict. After that, smaller disagreements over religion, commodities and social differences kept on occurring. We just never learned.
They made a system of governance where the rich dominated and made all the rules to suit themselves and theyre still doing it.
They raped our planet of all its riches, without a single thought for the long term consequences.
They made one system for them and another for the other six billion of us.
They wanted to possess everything and they didnt care if we had nothing.
We found ourselves in an impossible position - needing the basics of housing, food, utilities, gasoline, transportation and healthcare but without the means to provide these.
They based our whole civilization around a system of money. The economy was more important factor than our wellbeing. The economy was the prize all governments coveted. It mattered more than people, families and entire nations.

Well, what the heck is going on?
Why are over six billion of us allowing this crazy, warped system to continue, when it is certainly NOT in our best interests?

So, we have to ask If this system is not working what can we do to implement a fairer way of living?

The answer is Unity!

Just recently we saw the immigrants (legal and illegal) all over the United States, stop work and withhold their buying power in an effort to show the effect they have on the integration of American society.
In the Solomon Islands, people protested against their newly elected government saying the system was too corrupt and vested interests had influenced the political outcome. The people won and the Prime Minister resigned within a few days.
In Nepal, people power caused the Royal family to back down on their stance and forced them to re-instate the government.

People power is a new force.

People power is a new force. It is one of the powerful tools at our disposal in order to have a say in the promotion of a fair and just society. For too long now we felt that we only had two options to get heard. 1. We could vote in an election but that was only once in every 3-5 years or
2. We could protest on the streets.

Neither of these really made a difference.

Now we have people power and we can use it, not just to call attention to our plight but also to make our presence felt.

I don't know about you, but I'm tired of waiting for someone to find the answers for life today. I want to stop living this way and start working towards a new world. I want to shape the present and the future with others who are like me and I already know how to do this. If I wait for circumstances to change or for that right moment, it might never come. Maybe today is the day! I think Ill unite with others and show how things ought to be done!

People power is all about choice.

The decisions we make and the paths we take all help to shape our existence. The choices we make have the potential to take us on a journey of discovery into new realms or we can choose the option of least resistance and stay exactly as we are.

We must choose to unite and solve this problem. If our politicians cant find answers, we must seek the solutions ourselves and heres how:

Positive People Power.

Positive People Power isnt about protesting. I dont believe that protesting really changes many things. Sure, it can make the worlds media sit up and take note but it takes more than this to bring about real transformation. People Power is having a say in the way things are and its about making positive change. If enough of us get together, we will be able to focus on finding new concepts and better ideas to make our lives, our community, and our world a much nicer place to live.

We can no longer leave it up to governments, or others, to solve our problems. Politicians are still looking at the world from the same perspective they have done for centuries and its now obvious to most people, that this isnt the answer. If we ever want to progress, were going to have to use new methods to find long-term answers there isnt any other way.

People who join forces have tremendous power.
We have the ability to change things which are wrong and are not in our best interests.
We have the power to use all manner of concepts, which lead to the establishment of a better world.
We have the power to say "There are over 6 billion of us on this planet and only a handful actually get a say.
We don't want your biased media with its vested interests in swaying our opinions. People have the power to make their own media - one which encourages positive ideas, progressive concepts and future growth of our civilization.
We don't want your radio and TV, if it's only going to show the same old programs which inhibit our minds and stifle our creativity. We can make our own programs which will stimulate and enthuse us to take positive action to make life better.
We don't want your corporations. These multi-national conglomerates have amalgamated to quash their smaller competitors, steal their ideas, stomp on any new concepts, cut costs, downsize, cause billions of us to be unemployed or under-employed, keep us poor, manipulate our governments, pay virtually no dues and taxes - and generally suppress billions of individuals - all in aid of ever greater profits for the corporation and their stockholders. THIS IS WRONG! SO VERY WRONG!
Well teach those industries which try to screw us for every last cent that they can no longer do this. They may think they run the show, but they rely on our hard earned money to keep their companies afloat. Without our money, theyd soon find out whos really got the power. In the bible it said The meek shall inherit the Earth. Well, were the meek and were claiming our inheritance!
Positive People Power means all of us will have a vessel for change.
It means regular people will have a say.
We can make our own small businesses and employ others again. We can build and run small to medium sized businesses for all our essentials such as bakeries, grocery stores, butchers' shops, computer companies and more....
We can even form our own power/utility companies, water management, newspapers, magazines and TV stations. If you manipulate the price of oil, we'll make cars which run on water!

We surely can't do a worse job than those who run big business now. We won't continuously put prices up, just to appease our stockholders. Heck, well all be the stockholders - every last one of us. So we sure don't want to hurt ourselves, do we?
We can use our natural talents and the skills for which we studied or trained.
We can establish good social welfare (but if I'm right, we won't need much - because with this system everyone will have the opportunity to have a job.)
Well bring the best health care to everyone and not just to those who can pay and well abolish the cruel and unfair system of private health insurance which exists in so many countries today.
We can give every single person or family on this planet a way to move forward. A way to have some hope. A way out of poverty and a way to live in dignity.

What changes would we have to make?

Democracy was meant to be about people having a say but in reality, weve had very little influence over our world. This is about to change! Now we must learn from our mistakes.
Its time to stop sitting on the fence. We dont have to take this nonsense any more. If you think something is wrong, say so. Dont put up with it, otherwise those wielding the power will think its OK to continue doing the same thing to us.
Money should not come before people. Civilization is not supposed to be about the economy its meant to represent the people who live in it. While we allow the economy to be more important than the population, there will never be real and lasting progress.
There are many possibilities for change all we have to do is focus on the desire for progress and tap into the universe to find the many diverse answers.
If we want to have a better world, we must address the fundamental issues which have, for so long, blocked our advancement. We must examine these problems, utilize all the methods possible to solve them, and put the resulting knowledge into action. Positive People Power is being pro-active not re-active.

Being proactive means solving problems before they get out of control, not waiting until the damage is done - and then thinking we need to find answers. For too many centuries we've left our fate in the hands of others. Well now it's time to STOP!

Come on guys. Its the 21st century - and unless we stand up for whats right and fair and just and until we begin to formulate new, positive ways of living, we are never going to progress.
