Persistence is the Key of Gaining Your Plan

 

We all have some aspirations in life which we want to accomplish. Most often this seems so impossible and even when we think about it, we already give up. The American psychologists discovered that willpower can be practiced the same way as the body. They say that in the right hemisphere of the brain there is a center called accumbens which has an impact on the will controlling. These answers will give you some practical ideas how to start training your willpower.

Step by step
When you bring some decision, you instantly want to accomplish it, whether it is for decreasing your body weight or saving money for example. You thing that changing the things by night is the key, but you are wrong. The idea of realizing what you want is decreasing as time goes by, because it needs a great effort which will outwore you and the result are not going to show up as you expected. Its better choice to realize your aspiration slowly, step by step. Separate the final goal to a few smaller parts, that way is the right one if you want to make this come true. The smaller the parts, the better. Even modest success is better that nothing. When you are going to accomplish something that youve planned that will encourage you self-confidence and will give you power to continue.

Choose a possible goal
Believing in the great ideas increase the persistence and endurance because its closely tied with the need to prove our personality. Thats why you need to work on achieving something you really like. If you dont feel pleasure and increasing on the self-confidence, then you probably have a lack of will. The psychologists state that there is a danger in our unconsciously mind that we easily make traps which brake us instead to encourage our hope for striving to something. If our wishes and aims are completely balanced with our character, then its easier to canalize our willpower in order to persevere to the end.

Think of the final result
You like to stop smoking! Just imagine for a moment what are going to be the changes. First of all you will have improvements on you skin, your teeth will get brighter and you will stop smelling like tobacco. Canalizing the attention to a positive result from some changes you persuade your will and hope to continue making your plan. Visualizing the results helps you the aim you want achieve to look more possible and approachable. The way to the goal would look easier if we sometimes remember ourselves on the final goal. Using the imagination you discover how to realize the needs and wishes, because the needs look like indispensable to us and they are narrowing the freedom of choice. The wishes are a product of our choice and are tied with the tendency toward realizing some dedicated task.

Better something that nothing
In order to reach some dedicated task we should firmly stay to the ground and not to fly in the clouds. Holding to the goals which we can easily accomplish, the chances are getting bigger or realizing even the others tasks that needs much bigger effort. But the little tasks are capable also of increasing our motivation and pleasure. Thats why we dont need to fly high in the sky, but to concentrate on something what is real and accomplishable.
In the every day life our emotions are capable of making us to satisfy our needs in a very fast moment. Its better option to ignore those feelings because they can be the main boundaries in the pursue of realizing our dream.

Think about the errors and the obstacles
Consistency is measured by the ability to overmastering the obstacles. In order to achieve this, two different main factors are important:
- The first is refers to the trust which we have in our self. Its generated from the conviction that the failures are just difficulties that pass fast, yet its not proof that you are not capable if what you want to do.
- The second refers to the flexibility. If you find in from of some obstacle sometimes its better to defer your dedicated aim. There is time to stop and thing a little, find another solution, different and easier route through the finish.
