10 Steps For Maintaining Happiness

 

Happiness is a mental beauty and acts as a fuel of sound health.It is essential for a healthy life.But it depends upon the happening of events in our daily lives.There is a constant pressure from financial condition ,children's education,health of family members,social and national problems etc.But duty towards our health is to overcome all obstacles.A chinese proverb rightly says"One who has health has hope and one who has hope has everything" The following are the 10 steps that can establish your happiness.

1.Always allot one hour uninterrupted conversation with your partners everyday.If you are unmarried or a bachelor make conversation with your friends.Ignite your soft skill through fun,jokes with your wife and childrens which will enable them to develop physically and mentally with the result you can share happiness.

2.Identify the hobby and activity that completely absorb you to overcome the meagre problems in your surrounding.

3.Always satisfy from available opportunity .Do not compare with others.Do not think which is not changeable or recoverable.

4.Always try to follow the successful men and apprise how far you have achieved and how long you have to proceed.

5.Laugh everyday at least once.This will develop blood flow in heart,exercise of muscles and provide internel message to all organs.

6.Take half an hour exercise everyday to enhance general feelings.

7.Make yourself sociable by smiling with neighbours.

8.Don't be disgust on yourself rather Be your own best friend.

9.Always face the problem with sporting spirit.

10.Always be positive and think you are capable to challenge the situation.
